PHARMACY TECH

Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience in a pharmacy is preferred and specializing in oncology is a plus. Experience dealing with third party prescription claims approval preferred. Licensed with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy, or eligible is required.

Job Responsibilities

This position performs the technical, non-judgmental aspects of medication preparation, distribution, record keeping and inventory control. Assists in the process necessary to obtain approval for prescribed oncology drugs by helping in the collaboration of the pharmacy, physician office and third party payers.
